[ART] Disney Aesthetic: The Colors of Evil

Colors.  Disney is one of the best animation studios that make use of using colors to produce a feeling or indicate a theme.  It’s been so ingrained in animation and theatre that certain colors mean certain things on a cultural level, we hardly think twice about it: we already have a bias toward and against characters and places.

So let’s get to it!

From grey-blues, blacks, reds, purples, and greens, let’s see how Disney color cliches tip you off that there’s something nefarious happening or that a character is obviously villain even before they speak.
